Data, purposes and legal bases

We process the data you provide when requesting information, configuring a project, accessing a client area or maintaining a business relationship. This may include identification and contact data, company information, the content of your request and technical data needed for security and operation.

  • Respond to requests and prepare proposals: pre-contractual steps requested by you.
  • Provide and administer contracted services: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Protect the platform, prevent abuse and maintain traceability: legitimate interest in operating a secure service, subject to a balancing test.
  • Send marketing communications or enable optional cookies: only with consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention and recipients

We retain data during the relationship and afterwards for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or possible liabilities. Requests that do not result in a contract are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose, unless a legal obligation requires us to restrict them.

Only authorised staff and contracted providers needed for hosting, communications, payments or support may access the data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require an adequacy decision or recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to the privacy contact above. We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity and protect your data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on individuals through this website.

Client separation

ComeGetSome.ai separates its corporate control plane from each client environment. End-customer data remains within the responsible environment and is not mixed between clients.
